Most lawyers know about AI tools creating fake case citations and the courts sanctioning the attorneys. AI continues to affect how lawyers will practice law not only in the coming weeks but in the coming year.

This program will explain topics such as:

• Prompt injections

• Whether clients should use AI on their cases

• Whether clients’ use of AI will be discoverable, waive privileges, or should be preserved

• What updates to retainer agreements are needed

• Deepfakes in the courtroom

• And more
