The St. Joseph County Bar Foundation The St. Joseph County Bar Foundation, a philanthropic initiative of the St. Joseph County Bar Association, is a charitable organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the public and legal profession through educational programs, legal services, and civic projects. For additional information, click SJCBF Brochure. The current officers of the Foundation are: President – Clint A. Zalas Vice President- Hon. Paul E. Singleton Treasurer- Eric H. Lebold, CPA, RSM US LLP Secretary- Joseph R. Fullenkamp, Fullenkamp Mediations Thus far, the Foundation has provided financial support for local mock trial programs and courtroom technology improvements. Future goals include awarding scholarships and supporting pro bono services and programs. The Foundation relies solely upon private donations to fund its efforts and is in need of general donations, donor-directed gifts, and memorial or honorary gifts. Based on aggregate donations made after January 1, 2013, the Foundation will recognize sustaining members as Fellows ($750), Life Fellows ($1,500), and Life Patron Fellows ($2,500).
